| Steven V Harden As a country boy from Frog Texas, Steve was surrounded by talented family members, and foot stomping, toe tapping gospel music where his dad Paster Ed Harden and mother Billie Harden raised him in the church. He gave his life to God at the age of 19 and discovered his passion for gospel music and sang his first song at the age of 13. One of the greatest accolades recently came from childhood friend, turned Movie Star/Oscar winner, Jamie Foxx, when Foxx invited Steve to participate in a musical documentary on Foxx's life, which aired on NBC-January 2006. Foxx quoted "When he sings, he moves the earth, alittle bit", Jamie Foxx, O magazine 2005. Steve was given 42 seconds, for which he gave yet another stellar Performance, when he sang a verse of "Blessed Assurance". Although Steve was influenced by late gospel legends, James Cleveland and James Moore he began to develop his own unique style of vocals, while performing at local church services, weddings and benefits, through-out the Dallas/Fort worth Metro Area all the way to Brazil on a 10 day Tour spreading the gospel to anyone with a listening heart. Steve is currently in the studio working on his first gospel CD. He and his manager, Tim Rector has teamed up with Songwriter James Mitchell who's written for Paramount Pictures, Martha Munizzi, Yolanda Adams and the Mississippi Mass Choir to name a few. The CD's release date has not yet been determined. The Music of Steve Harden will lift your spirit! and move your soul...
